Please note: This does not include the wind chime, just the sail that can be tied or clipped to the bottom of the wind chime.
This replacement sail can be customize engraved with your own text. Please select a font style and enter your desired text in the personalization field. We can use mixed fonts, just let us know which ones you like.
If you'd like a proof, please make a request in the notes when you order.
Engraving is on one side only. We can engrave on both sides for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

SHIPPING
Most orders ship out in just 1-2 business days. At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery date for your order based on your shipping method and shipping address.

RETURNS
We have a 90-day return policy for items where personalization was either not required or not requested. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We do not offer returns on personalized items. If you believe your item has incorrect personalization, damage or is defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@28collective.com.
Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
