Our story begins in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, along Route 28 (notice a connection?) when a family man working in the steel mills sparks an idea - decorative metal ware. 

With the skills he honed in the steel mill, he set out to start his own business. He began by crafting decorative metal products and selling them directly from his car. Talk about humble beginnings!

Fast forward over 50 years and 2 generations later, the business has grown to become one of the most successful gift and garden suppliers in the United States.

As new generations bring fresh ideas, we noticed a shift away from traditional gifts. Tired of the same old options, we saw an opportunity to build a brand that connects with customers on a more personal level. Staying true to the values our founder held dear, we set out to offer high-quality products with exceptional design. 

That is how 28 Collective was born.
