    Can I use a real candle in this lantern?
    For safety reasons, we do not recommend using a real candle in this lantern. We do include a flameless LED candle that is built into the base.

    How many batteries does this lantern take?
    It takes three (3) AAA batteries. Batteries are not included.

    How does the candle turn on?
    At the base of the lantern, there is a battery compartment that will hold three (3) AAA batteries. This compartment has a power switch with a built-in timer that keeps the lantern on for 6 hours and off for 18 hours.

    Does the lantern come with a remote?
    No, it does not come with a remote. The candle is controlled by a power switch at the base of the lantern that has an automatic timer.

    Can this lantern be displayed outdoors.
    We recommend that it is used indoors only.

    RETURNS

    We have a 90-day return policy for items where personalization was either not required or not requested. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    We do not offer returns on personalized items. If you believe your item has incorrect personalization, damage or is defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@28collective.com.

    Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
