It will hold a 4x6 photo with the included mat inlay or a 5x7 photo without it.

Can this picture frame be displayed with a landscape photo rather than a portrait photo?
Unfortunately, this frame only supports a portrait (vertical) oriented photo.

How do I display this frame?
It comes with two acrylic feet that will hold the frame so you can display it on a table, mantle or other flat surface.

How do I insert a photo?
The back of the frame has a sleeve where you can slide in the printed photo

Can you print and insert the photo for me?
Unfortunately, no. We are not able to print/insert photos.

RETURNS

We have a 90-day return policy for items where personalization was either not required or not requested. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer returns on personalized items. If you believe your item has incorrect personalization, damage or is defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@28collective.com.

Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
