We recommend spot cleaning or gently hand washing. Avoid machine washing.

Is it weather-resistant?
Yes, the double-ply Dura fabric is made to withstand the elements. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading over time.

Can I order a larger flag?
Currently, we only carry the standard 18” x 12” flag option.

RETURNS

We have a 90-day return policy for items where personalization was either not required or not requested. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer returns on personalized items. If you believe your item has incorrect personalization, damage or is defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@28collective.com.

Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
