Why isn’t it lighting up at night?
In most cases, it was not fully charged during the day. Make sure that the On/Off switch is turned to “On” and that the solar panel is facing the sun.

Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
