How do I add bird seed?
The top of this bird feeder has a latch that opens up allowing you to easily pour in bird seed.

Where is the engraved panel?
To prevent damage, we package the engraved front panel outside of the bird feeder. You will find it on top of the box packaged inside foam. Simply slide in the engraved front panel and press the tabs to secure it in place. You can find a video on this product for further instruction.

Is it weather-resistant?

RETURNS

We have a 90-day return policy for items where personalization was either not required or not requested. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer returns on personalized items. If you believe your item has incorrect personalization, damage or is defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@28collective.com.

Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
