How are the sizes measured?
Each size option reflects the overall length. This length is measured from the top of the hook to the bottom of the sail.

What is an adjustable striker?
The adjustable striker allows you to reposition the striker’s position on the string. The position of the striker affects the tone of the wind chimes. An adjustable striker enables you to customize the tone and sound your wind chime will produce.

Is the sail engraved on both sides?
No, we only engrave on the front side of the sail. However, we do offer backside engraving for an additional fee.

Can I order just the sail?
Absolutely! We offer sail replacements in a variety of shapes and sizes.

RETURNS

We have a 90-day return policy for items where personalization was either not required or not requested. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer returns on personalized items. If you believe your item has incorrect personalization, damage or is defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@28collective.com.

Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
