• The torch's side lock switch lets you keep the flame on without holding the trigger.

Directions: Before use, fill the torch with butane. Once the torch is filled, simply place the smoker over your glass of whiskey, add a pinch of wood chips to the filter, and ignite the chips with the torch for 30-50 seconds. Cover with the smoker lid, let the smoke infuse for 10-15 seconds, and then remove the lid to reveal your perfectly smoked whiskey, rich with flavor.

RETURNS

We have a 90-day return policy for items where personalization was either not required or not requested. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer returns on personalized items. If you believe your item has incorrect personalization, damage or is defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@28collective.com.

Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
