A clear photo of the drawing is required. The quality of print depends on the clarity of the image. Please make sure the drawing is scanned in high resolution. If the photo we receive is not clear enough to print, we will contact you to provide a different photo or we will cancel/refund your order.
We do not print and/or insert the photo.
Proofs must have approved within 24 hours. If the proof is not approved in that time frame, the order will the information entered on the on the order details or the order may be canceled.

SHIPPING
Most orders ship out in just 1-2 business days. At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery date for your order based on your shipping method and shipping address.

RETURNS
We have a 90-day return policy for items where personalization was either not required or not requested. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We do not offer returns on personalized items. If you believe your item has incorrect personalization, damage or is defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@28collective.com.
Please provide photo proof of any issues with your order. We will review requests for a replacement or refund up to 30 days after the item is received by the customer. If it is outside of the our 30-day window, the request will no longer be considered.
