We take pride in the products that we produce and we want you to be happy with your personalized purchase. Within 30 days of receipt of your items, contact us with any problems. Due to the nature of personalized gifts, we will only issue refunds or exchanges for items that contain manufacturing defects. Follow the steps below to initiate a return:
Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if the packaging is damaged).
Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. Please include your order and tracking numbers, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
You will receive an email within 2 business days with our response to your claim, or to request more information.
After approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive the refund.
