Who doesn’t love watermelon on a hot summer day? It’s cool, refreshing and basically represents summer! This frozen watermelon daquiri is no exception!

  • 4 cups of watermelon cubes (frozen)
  • ½ cup of white rum
  • ¼ cup of lime juice
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of simple syrup

Cut watermelon into cubes and put in the freezer. Once frozen, add watermelon cubes, lime juice, orange juice, run and simple sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with a slice of watermelon.

Spicy Grapefruit Jalapeno MargaritaFrozen Spicy Grapefruit Margarita

Feelin’ hot, hot hot! This frozen margarita combines refreshing citrus flavor with the bold heat of jalapenos to make a cocktail unlike any other.

  • 1.5 ounces of tequila
  • 2.5 ounce of grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 ounce of lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Jalapeno slices
  • Grapefruit slices (for garnishing)
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Ice

In a small bowl, mix salt, sugar and chili power. Use this mixture to rim your glasses.

In a blender, combine ice, tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and honey and blend until it forms a slushy-like consistency. Pour into the rimmed glasses. Add jalapeno slices – depending on your spice preference add 1 to 3 slices. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

Note: Your drink will become spicier the longer that the jalapeno slices sit in your drink. Remove slices when the spice level is to your liking.

Blueberry Smash CocktailBlueberry Lime Smash

Blueberries are a summer staple!  This blueberry lime smash is a sweet treat that will leave you feeling cool even on the warmest summer days.

  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1.5 ounces of tequila
  • Club soda

In a pot, combine 1.5 cups of blueberries, sugar, vanilla extract and one cup of water. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, decrease heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes (until the blueberries have burst and the sugar is dissolved). Remove from heat and strain. You’ll be left with a syrup mixture.

In a glass, add 3 tablespoons of the syrup mixture, 4-6 blueberries and 2 slices of lime. Muddle until blueberries and lime are smashed. You will be able to smell the lime. Add ice and 1.5 ounces of tequila and stir quickly. Top with club soda. Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh blueberries.
